At Ink Apes, we believe tattoos should be bold, safe, and accessible. That’s why our semi-permanent tattoo products are currently in development and planned for release in the near future.

They are being designed to be:

1. About Ink Apes

Ink Apes provides:

  • Digital tattoo designs (downloadable files for personal use or with extended licences).

  • Semi-permanent tattoo products (currently in development, with release planned soon).

2. Our Mission

At Ink Apes, our mission is two-fold:

  1. To make tattoos more accessible, innovative, and safe through digital designs and semi-permanent options.

  2. To build a welcoming community where everyone can explore, share, and enjoy the world of body art — without judgment, fear, or limitations.

We’re not just selling designs — we’re creating a space for self-expression, culture, and creativity to thrive.

3. Digital Designs & Licensing

  • Designs are delivered as high-resolution digital files (JPEG/PNG).

  • Standard purchases include a personal-use licence only.

  • Extended licences (for tattoo studios, merchandise, apparel, etc.) must be requested via support@inkapes.com.

4. Semi-Permanent Tattoos – In Development

We are finalising our semi-permanent ink formulas and product line, with testing underway to ensure safety and quality.

Planned Ingredients

  • Purified Water (Aqua)

  • Natural Fruit & Plant Extracts

  • Glycerin (skin hydration)

  • Sodium Citrate (pH stabiliser)

  • Xanthan Gum (texture/consistency)

  • Sodium Benzoate & Potassium Sorbate (preservatives for freshness)

✨ Always intended to be vegan, cruelty-free, and safe for everyday wear.

Note: Final ingredients may vary slightly as we complete development and safety testing.

5. Application & Aftercare (Planned Guidelines)

When our semi-permanent tattoos launch, they will be designed to:

  • Apply easily on clean, dry skin.

  • Avoid use on broken or irritated areas.

  • Last 7–14 days, depending on skin type, placement, and lifestyle.

  • Be removable sooner with gentle exfoliation, soap, and warm water.

6. Medical Disclaimer

  • Ink Apes products are cosmetic only.

  • Individuals with skin sensitivities or allergies should consult a physician before use.

  • Semi-permanent products are in development and will undergo safety checks before release.

 

7. Refund Policy

We want every customer to feel confident shopping with us.

  • Digital Products: All digital downloads are non-refundable, as files are delivered instantly upon purchase.

  • Physical Products (when released):

    • Refunds or replacements are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

    • Claims must be made within 3-4 days of delivery with proof (photo or order number).

    • To initiate a return or refund, email us at support@inkapes.com.

  • We do not accept returns for products that have been used, opened, or applied.
